  Q. How much do TGS Products Cost?
A.
Our
pricing page contains more information. However, TGS products typically cost about 10 cents per member per month!

Q. How long does it take to install the TGS Products?
A.
You can read more about
integration and possibilities pages. Typical time is about 1-3 weeks.

Q. Can I use leaderboard and live scoring without being an existing TGS Product custumer?
A.
It is possible to use these products, however, there will be additional charges assiciated with using these products without having other TGS Products. The extra charge is due to hosting, domain, and setup charges that would normally be covered by previous installations of TGS Prodcuts.

Q. I don't have an exiting website, can I still use TGS Products?
A.
Definitely! You can either have the TGS Products site become your "entire" website or have our design staff create an informational side to your website as well.

Q. Do I have to use all TGS Products for my installation?
A.
Absolutely not! All of our products are completely integrated, yet can be "stand alone" products as well. You may have as few as one product and as many as you would like including custom ideas unique to your facility.

You may want to keep in mind that deep discounts are applied to multiple product installations which can essentially lead to you getting one or two of the products absolutely free!

Q. Can the Group Management System be used for my Group?
A.
YES. Every deployment of the Group Management System (GMS) is custom made to fit the group it is being used for. While most programs or groups have key characteristics that they may have in common with other groups, there are always small neuances with each group. So we plan on having a few custom things to build for your group(s).

We can also customize any data that you want to store, average, sum, or anything that you can think of!

Q. How do you put the existing rounds for groups into the computer?
A.
There are two options, you can either have your rounds put into a spreadsheet or send us the info on paper and we will create the necessary spreadsheets (an extra setup charge applies) to get you going.

The important part is that there has to be a clean break point to input the information. For example, if your group plays on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, then we want to get your information on Monday, which will include the Sunday scores, in order to have you ready for your Thursday round.

Q. Can I have multiple groups play in the same day?
A.
Definitely! And you could even have multiple groups at the same time of the same day. You can do as many groups as you would like each day. Each group is setup uniquely and the system tracks which group each player is signed up for separately.

And of course, these features are integrated with the rest of the system as well, so for example, tee times would be blocked out for the tee times needed for these groups.

Q. Are the scores and averages separate for each group?
A.
That all depends. How would you like it done? Because each deployment of GMS is customized to fit your needs, you get to make that call!

Q. Can guests sign up for a tee time?
A.
How would you like it done? A typical installation in a private facility would exclude guest sign-ups. A typical public or resort facility would have guest sign-ups, create account options, and even payment or pre-authorized payment taken to reserve a tee time. However, we can provide any combination of these options for you.
