The Total Golf Software™ Event Sign-up product creates the opportunity for players to know about more events and sign-up without having to call the pro-shop or come in.
Your events can be entered in advance, you also create, by default, a tournament calendar for your facility which can be viewed at any time. You then control the starting and ending dates for sign-ups which can be posted on your calendar as well.
Choose from options like "Member-Guest" type signups where the member fills in the guest's name, member only, or even general public sign-ups where anyone can sign-up with the proper information. Payment options can even be added (extra setup cost applies).
The events that you create also incorporate into the Tee Times product to block out given times if needed.
The goal of every event is a maximum turnout, and extending your events to your golfers in an online environment which they visit regularly provides greater opportunity for that.
